These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Gizye. By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Gizye.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Exporter accounts must be operated by a genuine owner or an authorized representative of the business.

Exporter obligations

• Provide accurate business, license, and product information.
• Hold a valid trade license and keep it current through renewals.
• Represent your products and capabilities honestly.

Buyer conduct

Buyers must use inquiries and messaging for genuine sourcing and must not misuse the platform to spam, harvest contacts, or harass exporters.

Verification disclaimer

Gizye verifies business identity and license status to the extent described in Trust and Safety, but does not guarantee the quality, safety, or delivery of any product. Buyers and sellers transact directly and are responsible for their own commercial due diligence, contracts, payment, and logistics.

Content and intellectual property

Content you submit remains yours, but you grant Gizye the right to display it on your public profile and within the platform. You must not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Limitation of liability

Gizye is a marketplace that connects buyers and exporters. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gizye is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from dealings between users.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove accounts or listings that violate these terms, misrepresent a business, or harm the safety of the marketplace.
